You can browse PetFriends.sg without creating an account. The MVP does not use advertising cookies. Privacy-conscious aggregate analytics may be enabled later only through the documented site configuration; if enabled, the site does not intentionally send form contents to analytics.
Submissions, corrections and claims
These forms collect the organisation name, your name and email, relevant public links, your explanation and—in a claim—your relationship to the organisation. We use this information to review, verify and respond to the request.
Do not send identity documents, financial information, health information or unrelated personal data. Public form records are stored in access-controlled project storage and are not published automatically.
Technical information
The service may process ordinary request information such as IP address and user agent for delivery, security and short-lived abuse prevention. The intake record itself does not store an IP address.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal data. Information may be shared with infrastructure providers needed to run the service or where required by law. Intake records are retained only as long as needed for review, dispute history and reasonable operational accountability; a precise retention schedule will be documented before production deployment.
