Directory browsing
You can browse PetFriends.sg without creating an account. We use Google Analytics 4 on public directory pages to understand aggregate visits, navigation and engagement. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies including _ga and _ga_<property-id> to distinguish pseudonymous visitors and sessions. It may process page and interaction data, referral information, browser and device details, approximate location and a pseudonymous client identifier.
Advertising storage, Google Signals and advertising personalisation are disabled. Claim, correction and submission paths are excluded, and the site does not intentionally send form contents, names, email addresses or other direct identifiers to Analytics. Analytics data is retained for 14 months. Google processes Analytics data as our service provider; see how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
You can delete or block Analytics cookies in your browser settings. You can also use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Submissions, corrections and claims
These forms collect the organisation name, your name and email, relevant public links, your explanation and—in a claim—your relationship to the organisation. We use this information to review, verify and respond to the request.
Do not send identity documents, financial information, health information or unrelated personal data. Public form records are stored in access-controlled project storage and are not published automatically.
Technical information
The service may process ordinary request information such as IP address and user agent for delivery, security and short-lived abuse prevention. The intake record itself does not store an IP address.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal data. Information may be shared with infrastructure providers needed to run the service or where required by law. Intake records are reviewed periodically and deleted when they are no longer needed to answer the request, maintain a reasonable dispute history, protect the service or meet legal obligations.
